2. Service Description

Quicka is a digital gift platform for entertainment. Customers use Quicka vouchers to purchase the gift of their choosing, allowing for a flexible digital gift experience.

  • Quicka does not sell vouchers directly to individual users
  • Vouchers are available through our authorized retailers
  • Users create an account, redeem vouchers to add wallet balance, and purchase gift cards from the catalog
  • Gift card codes are delivered digitally to your account for immediate access
  • Account history and delivery records are available in your dashboard

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. We keep registration simple and do not require email or personal details. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Wallet & Voucher Redemption

Purchases on Quicka are made using your wallet balance. To add funds to your wallet:

  • Purchase vouchers from our authorized retailers
  • Redeem vouchers on the Redeem page in your dashboard using the voucher number and PIN (if applicable)
  • Voucher redemption is instant and your wallet balance updates immediately upon successful redemption
  • Voucher delivery times depend on retailers as Quicka does not control their operations

Voucher Issues: If your voucher code doesn't work, verify your details and follow any error messages. Contact your retailer for assistance first. If the issue persists, contact our support team for further inspection. If a voucher you purchased has already been used, please contact the retailer you purchased it from. In certain cases, we may disclose relevant information to assist a formal investigation.

5. Gift Card Purchases

When you purchase gift cards through Quicka:

  • Browse our catalog, select the gift card and amount you want
  • Complete your purchase using your wallet balance
  • Gift card codes are delivered instantly to your account
  • Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective issuers

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice

Due to the nature of digital gift cards, purchases cannot be refunded or canceled after delivery. Gift card codes are delivered instantly upon successful payment, making the transaction final. Please verify all order details before completing your purchase.

7. Cashouts

You can use your wallet balance to purchase gift cards from our catalog. Alternative cashout methods may be available for your account.

  • Fees vary based on the cashout method selected and will be displayed before confirmation
  • Deliveries are instant, so cashouts cannot be canceled after initiation
  • After delivery, it is not possible to reverse or refund transactions

8. Receipts & Documentation

Your payment receipt or invoice may be provided by the retailer you used to purchase the voucher, varying based on regional conditions and operational practices. Quicka provides receipts and other relevant available documentation for transactions and gift card purchases made on our platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

For purchase or voucher issues:

  • For payment disputes, contact the reseller or payment provider you used at checkout
  • For voucher activation issues, contact the retailer that issued the voucher
  • For gift card issuer disputes, contact the respective brand directly
  • We can provide delivery status and account records if needed

10. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via TOTP using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy.

  • Enable 2FA in your dashboard Settings
  • If you lose access to your 2FA, contact [email protected] with your account details
  • Identity verification may be required for account recovery

11. Identity Verification & Compliance

Quicka does not explicitly require identity verification for all users. Relevant KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures may be applied by retailers based on local laws. We track suspicious activity to combat money laundering (AML) and stay compliant with applicable laws. In certain conditions, further documentation may be requested.

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures
  • Use automated systems to access our services without permission
  • Resell or redistribute gift cards in violation of issuer terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or money laundering

13. API Usage

API access is available for everyone. For custom business solutions, please contact our sales team. API keys must be kept secure and not shared publicly. 14. Privacy & Communications

15. Limitation of Liability

Quicka provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
